Hydrapak’s time-tested creation for hydration on the go, the Shape Shift can take a serious beating, fits nicely in most packs and is fully reversible for easy cleaning. The bite valve has a good flow rate and is easy to dismantle into pieces and clean in the dishwasher. The Shape Shift has a baffle to stabilise the water load – great for active people like mountain bikers, trail runners or anyone who wants less sloshing and a flatter pack experience.

The centre baffle stops the water sloshing when not full by reducing the capacity of the bladder by 0.5L
